From the symptomps you have mentioned I feel that can be mucocele..its developed due to traumatic bite...due to trauma the small labial salivary gland duct get ruptured and mucus comes outside and results accumulation of mucus causing formation of small cyst like swelling called mucocele....
Hi, Welcome to HCM forum, This blister can be due to local trauma by mechanical, thermal (heat/cold), chemical means. Many infections can cause oral blisters like are Herpes simplex virus. A wide range of systemic diseases may also cause mouth blisters. Diagnosis of mouth blisters usually consists of a medical history followed by an oral examination as well as examination of any other involved area. Maintaining good oral hygiene and use of an antiseptic mouthwashes/sprays (e.g. chlorhexidine) can prevent secondary infection and therefore hasten healing. Consult dentist as soon as possible. Take care
There are many causes of development of blister inside the lip, it can be due to ulceration, long term trauma, due to infected tooth, vitamin deficiency.
I would suggest you to visit to the Dentist and get the checkup done. Take lukewarm saline and antiseptic mouthwash rinses. Take multivitamin suplements. Treatment of the condition will be done according to the diagnosis.
Recurring ulcers are very common and could have a variable etiologies(reasons). Normally any ulcer heal in a span of 1-2 weeks but reasons for re-occurrence could be variable. What i would advice is to use metrogyl DG gel three times a day, and local anaethetic gel before meals to ease in eating, avoid hot and spicy food, use only soft and cold food. You could even use oral vaseline gels between to separate the infection site from oral flora(bacteria). If still the condition persists please consult a dentist to have a close and detailed examination.
Thanks
