Blisters Inside Vagina, Vulva And Having Reoccurring UTI. Should I Seek Medical Attention?

I went to urgent care I have blisters on the inside of my vagina and on the vulva started out looking like small red pimples now they are larger round sores with indentation they were very itchy now mostly painful the ones inside yesterday looked like they were covered with thrush or yeast infection today they are same color as my skin. Doc said not herpes doesn't look like STD. I had molluscum contagiosum about 2 years ago . Not that. I've been having reoccurring UTIs for months. I had enterococcus 2weeks ago took nitrofurantoin for 7 days side effects could be blisters but I only have on my genitals. Doc has never seen anything like it. He told me to see a Gynocologist ASAP and get them biopsied. Do u have any idea what it could be?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
The blisters on the vulva may be due the drug, nitrofurantoin. It may be fixed drug eruption. You stop the the culprit drug immediately.. Take safe antibiotic like azithromycine. Take paracetamol to improve inflammation and pain. Apply antibiotic cream. Take a Sitz bath in dettol containing water. Take bed rest for few days. Improve immunity to prevent recurrance of UTI. Improve hygiene. Have healthy food. I feel you may be improved. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
