Blisters, Scratchy And Dry Around Eyes And Upper Lip, Swollen, Irritates. Treatment?

On my face especially around my eyes... I tend to get a major reaction periodically that creates them to tighten up, mildly blister, and be really scratchy and dry. Sometimes this also takes place on the upper skin of my lip as well. These areas will be swollen and irritable for weeks then disappear and wait for another time to come back.
I do not feel that it's an allergic reaction to any food, cosmetics, detergents, ect..... I've been very aware of everything I've used prior to the flare ups and nothing in particular seems to be triggering it?!

Hi, as it is going by its own, it must be due to allergy only, may be due to out side foods, mosqito repellints, clothes, etc.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Try to make a list the things you are using daily, and observe the appearence of the rash. If not possible you doctor will find it by blood test.
thank you.
