Blockage In Right Arteries, No Cholesterol, Blood Pressure. Angioplasty Required?

Hi Dr., My brother is having 90% blockage in right artery .he is now at the age of 32,he doesnt.have cholestrol, blood pressure , diabetes .does he require angioplast?or can the blockages be removed using medicines.what option do you suggest? stent or medications.what are the chances of next heart.attack if he go with stent or medicines. Please suggest ur opinion at the earliest.
