Blood After Urinating,ectopic Pregnancy A Year Ago

Hi I had a few drops of blood on my tp after passing urine that had come from my vigina then it completly stopped I am ttc using ovulation kits and had sexual intercourse every other day all month and 3 times when opk was positive my period is not due for another week and I had ectopic pregnancy a year ago what could this be.
