Blood Blister On Groin Popped And Bled, Entire Area Is Red, Applied Antibiotic. Treatment Required?

I had a blood blister on my upper thigh, near my groin . I put a large band aid on it. This morning it popped and it did bleed . The entire area was red and there seemed to be a wound at one end. I covered it with a band aid with antibiotic on it. Should I go to the doctor or just watch it for a few days. The area is painful to the touch.

you can take antibiotic light
take oflox 200 mgm bd
diclofenisos
wash with betadine lotion nd apply clindac a gel 2 -3 times a day
do for 5-7 days
