Blood Clots In Lungs. In Enoxaprin Injections, Warfarin. Worry? Sufficient?

I found out last week that I have two little blood clots in my right lung. I am on enoxaparin injections (until my INR level is correct 2-3 I think they are aiming for) and I am on warfarin. I am going back to the hospital for regular blood tests and will be on warfarin for six months. I am very worried about this, I am being told that the clots will already be disappearing is this right? Can the clots still do me harm if I am on all the right treatment? I am a 28 year old woman and think the clots were coursed by the contraceptive pill. I just need some reassurance.

The small blood clots will be disolved by your body. They are likely inconsequential at this point. The purpose of the enoxaparian and coumadin...is to prevent new clots from forming. The real question is...why do you have the blood clots in the first place? If you give me more information I can help you try to figure this out.
