Blood Filled Sac In Gums Near Wisdom Teeth. What Could It Be?

I had a blood filled, skin tag like sac in the back of my gums where my wisdom teeth should be on my left side bottom, it did not hurt though. I first noticed this morning so I assume it happened overnight and with a little push from my tongue, it literally just slid off. I'm a 17 year old male. Do you have any idea what I could be or could have been?

Hello thank you for consulting with healthcaremagic.
The type of sac you are mentioning it can be the infection of the wisdom tooth which has appeared like this, you should visit a nearest dentist and get an x-ray done which will diagnose the condition and he will give you the proper treatment.
Hope it will help you.
