Blood In Phlegm On Coughing, Blowing Nose. Due To Weather Changes?
Hello, I ve recently experienced some blood in the phlegm I cough up and when I blow my nose . To describe it as best possible the blood is seperated/clotted from the phlegm and mucous which is a clear color. I ve never had a bloody nose nor ever any issues with my sinuses. The weather has changed abruptly to snow where I live so I figured it was just due to the dry / cold air but I just wanted to make sure.

hii,..
if you are still having cough continuously with phlegm ,you need to get an x-ray done to rule out lung infections..if ur cough has reduced then nothing to worry as it might be due to cold sometimes due to forcible sneezing ..
just take more vit c tabs or foods to prevent this again.
all the best
