Blood In Stool, Painful Stomach. Have PCOS. What Should I Expect?

I am a 22 year old female And I have been experiencing blood in my stool and blood when I wipe ! There s is no still when I wipe ! Just bright red blood !!!! I have some pain in my stomach a lot !!!! But I m not sure if it s related to the blood or not !!! It s really scaring me !!! I ve been going through this for right at a year now !!! And I m also not sure if the pain in my belly is due to the cyst on my ovaries !!! I have PCOS ! ( Polycystic ovary syndrome ) .... Please help !!!!

Hello!
You should be worried because the blood in stool and the pain in the stomach is a gastrointestinal problem.
You dont have PCOS because the definition is finding polycystic ovaries on US and one of this finding(anovulation/menstrual irregularity ,hyperandrogenism)
You should go to visit to your doctor ,gastrohepatolog.
