Blood In Stools, Round Mass Under Rectum. Primary Symptoms Of Piles?

Dear Doctor, From last 2 months i have started little blood with stool only may be now 3 times in three month , and i have observed little rouund maas also under the hole, some one told me its primary symtions of piles, whenever i am taking oily and some other things only that day little blood is comming, can you please help me in this regards,

Hello and welcome to HCM
Presence of blood in stools can occur due to many causes. The character of blood also helps to narrow down the possibilities. Presence of bright red colored blood indicates piles. Presence of altered or brown colored blood indicates bleeding high up in the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) as in case of ulcers. Presence of blood mixed with stools occurs in malignancy or divertculitis of the GIT.

Presence of a mass under the anal opening can be due to piles.
However, clinical examination and some investigations need to be done.
Stool examination and endoscopic examination (colonoscopy and/ or sigmoidoscopy) are required.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further work up.
