Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Your blood pressure is if the readings are presumed to be right then it falls in Pre hypertension and little variation in BP reading is possible and normal , even there is some variation in supine and standing BP.
If you have no other health problem like Diabetes, IHD, or smoking then certain life style modification is required like reduction in salt intake to If you take alcohol stop it or at least moderate it's use.
Keep record of BP reading and check with your Physician to keep it under control and start drug therapy at appropriate time.
If diagnosis is to be made then continuous ambulatory BP monitoring may be done.
Please take care
Good luck.
