Blood Pressure Very High With Severe Chest Pain. Pain Subsided With Asprin. Had To Bear Down To Lower BP

I had to bear down (vagal?), to lower my blood pressure how long will this last five minutes, two hours? I am a bit nervous I am 39 year old white male no medical history. This morning I awoke and started experiencing chest pain, (severe); took one aspirin went out into the cold air; pain subsided. Blood pressure has been high all day until I did this. Morning BP 147/ 96; BP at 2145, 147/102 after bearing down five minutes later, BP 121/ 87. Thank you kindly for your help. Good day.

HI
Thank for asking HCM
I really understand your problem and would like to advise that because of the over consciousness and frequently reading the blood pressure created this panic attack and that is the only responsible for your condition, (Mercury based sphygmomanometer is the only authentic and accurate instrument for measuring blood pressure and it should be red with clinician only), if you do not have any reason for measuring the BP then why to measure it, you do not seems to have any disease, just relax, and enjoy the life, have nice day.
