Blood Sugar Level 300+ For Diabetic Patient Despite Medications, Exercise. What Products To Avoid To Control Sugar Level?

Hi Doctor, This is Venkat, My father was diabatic patient from last 5 years.i dont know what is the type 1 and 2 exactly,but my father take daily nearly 5 tablets which area given by Government Doctors from 104 Serices.And daily early morning he go for walk or cultivation plants as a habit and roam freely with out any health issues aspect SUGER.Age 47 and weight 60-65.Last week he went for test and noted as 300+ ,... Whats the thing is with my friend suggesion i took AMWAY NUTRILITE Products(Protien powder, Glucose health,DAILY,Natural B) for my father s suger control.Will it good to Control the SUGER.i not yet used this powder and tablets. please advice me.... Will it good to Control the SUGER Level with these products.???

Hello,
Your father is having highly uncontrolled blood sugar levels inspite of taking oral anti diabetic drugs.
This may mean following things
1... He is very careless regarding his food and indulging in ver eating of calories
2... He may need different oral anti diabetic medicines or the dose of present drugs is to be increased.
3.. Over a period burn out of beta cells has taken place resulting in loss of effect of anti diabetic drugs and there may be a need of injectable insulin.
What to do...
He must consult a diabetologist and get investigated thoroughly and get his prescription of medicines revised.
Must take complete dietary precautions.
Must do regular brisk walk for 45 minutes.
Must control his blood pressure and lipid profile meticulously.
Keep a regular date with the doctor.

As far as AMWAY products you mentioned,they are just supplements and in no way can control the blood sugar levels.

Remember,uncontrolled diabetes is a time bomb which can play havoc with your life any time.
