Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Your investigation reports suggests that you have hogh Triglycerides level and low 25 Hydroxyvit D,and a upper limit of HbA1c that is 7.
You can take vitmin D supplements as advised by your doctor.
Take care of diet and regular Physical exercise and periodic check up of FBS and PPBS to detect and treat diabetes or a Glucose tolerance test can be done.
This is impaired glucose tolerance( Pre Diabetes).
If your diet has lot of fats and carbohydrates then reduce calories consumption and fats in diet, also if you are over weight reduce your weight and periodic medical check up and repeat check of biochemistry.
It is good that you have high HDL but take care.
Good Luck
