Blood Test On Me For Animia

two months ago they did a blood test on me for animia it was a 11 now they say it sits at a 9 and this means im losing blood what does that mean and why could that happen

it is the HB levels of the blood it needs to be maintaind above 12 no. if it is less than it is not good,
