Blood Tests Done. Suggestions?

Hi doc,

really worrying and needed advice .. i am 26, female. I went for a full blood test last week at around 12pm, i drank a little white wine at around 1am in prior to the blood test.

Today i received my result as follow:
PCV - 48
MCH- 22
MCHC-25
eGFR >60
Potassium ->7.5
Total protein- 90
Albumin- 55
SGOT- 119
SGPT- 24
Hepatitis B-non reactive

i dont have any health problems all these while, and i tested for hepatitis B half year ago, it was negative too.
What does this result indicate?

Hello and welcome to HCM,

The lab tests that you have posted show a normal PCV, MCH are within normal limits.
MCHC is slightly decreased but an isolated ;ow value of MCHC does not indicate anything.
The protein level, albumin are within normal limits.
The potassium level is increased.
Liver function tests indicate an elevated SGOT levels.

The positive findings are an elevated SGOT and increased potassium.
Isolated elevated SGOT level indicates some past liver disease.
Hyperkalemia (increased potassium) needs prompt treatment as it can cause dangerous arrhythmia.
