Bloody Keloid On Chest, Pain. Time Required For Treatment And Cost?

Hello Doctor Good Morning i have keloids on my chest , now frequently i am having problem, every month it is paining and after open, i am getting blood from it, i want to have permanent solution for it i am in doha qatar right now, please tell what is the time required for treatment and cost of treatment i am from hyderabad.

intrlesional injections can be given.
