Blotchy Rash On Inner Thighs Above Penis. History Of Having Oral Sex. Possible Jock Itch Or STI?

I have a rash on the inner thighs of my left and right legs and just above the penis (where the back of the penis meets the bladder area) and its a little blotchy and I've been searching the web and it says it might be a jock itch from sweat but I'm not to sure, I haven't had sex but if had oral and I'm wondering if it could be an STI or just a jock itch

Thank you Doc
