Blowing Nose, Sneezing, Slight Nosebleed, Sinus Pain, High Temperature. Advise?

Ive been blowing my nose and sneezing since last night and notice abit of blood on the tissue. It seems to be coming from the left nostril in my nose and my sinuses hurt. The right side of my forhead and head hurt too and im abit hot. I dont know if its linked but i got a temperature too and im expecting to get my period any day now. The pain in my head is spreading from my forhead on the right side to the back of my head on the right and lower head.

Hello

Thanks for writing to H.C.M.

I read your query regarding sneezing, blowing nose, slight nosebleed,sinus pain and high tempreature.

On the basis of your medical history it appears as you are suffering from Acute rhinosinusitis which is characterised by all these symptoms which you are having. In this nasal infection gives rise to sneezing and discharge, and as it spreads to involve the sinuses severe headache is felt by patient and now the discharge may be mixed with blood.

You may take now-

(a) Tab Paracetamol.

(b) Tab cetrizine.

(c) Steam inhalation
