Blurry Vision, Headache, Nausea. Work Infront Of Computer. Advice

Hi There, I have 2 small babies, and work full time from home, on the computer, Lately i am battling with my eyes both on the computer and off, i almost feel as though i am losing my eye site completely at times, and then i get dizzy when trying to focus, i have also been suffering bad headaches daily, and feeling like i want to throw up alot.. My stomach is also acting up, sometimes i am constipated for up to a week. I have started going to gym, eating healthy and trying to better my lifestyle but it doesnt seem to be working, should i worry?

Hello

It is just possible that you are suffering from refractive error for which you should undergo a refraction and get the glasses for your visual correction. If you are above the age of 40 years, you may need presbiopic addition also to your distant vision glasses. This should solve your problem. However, you can use some lubricating eye drops to give a soothing effect to your eyes.

You should try to assess your thresh-hold for working on computers and try to take rest for a few minutes before the thresh hold is reached. Good diet and good hygienic habits for eye will also help in improving your general health. You should get your blood pressure checked to rule out hyper-tension.

Regards
