Body Aches, Extreme Headaches, Anemic. Body Shakes With Cold And Teeth Rattle. Flu Or Fever?

Good Evening i have been witnessing body aches, extreme headaches, and i am anemic and now i feel like i'm in a freezer i am so cold my body shakes and my teeth rattle i am really worried it could be the flu or a fever.

your symptoms more or less suggest malaria , a common fever caused by malarial parasite
it my be also urinary tract infection, septicemia
take paracetamol for control of fever
tepid sponging
better consult a physician to arrive at a specific diagnosis
