Body Burnt From Neck Down To Belly Button. Why Getting Fever When It Gets Dark?

i been haveing fever at night when it gets dark been going on for about a year and now getting higher than it was, i had rotator cup surgrey this year and i m a burnt on cheasr neck and arms and down to belly button and a little on sides i had what doctors are calling calicaen thorns come out of scar area

Hi.
If the fever is coming only at night-time , you have to get thoroughly investigated for the cause.
Your Doctor would ask you many questions about the past history like visit to a specific area, associated symptoms like chills , weight and appetite loss.
Routine and specific blood tests like for malaria, tuberculosis, elephantatitis and some diseases pertaining to your area of living along with an X-ray chest and ultrasonography to start with.
