Body Itches, Has Diabetes. On Omega. How To Treat High Blood Sugar?
Hi , My husband , who is 45yrs old has type 2 diabties and now a days he feel itching in his body. What can I do for this. Earlier his blood sugar is above 250. He is taking medicine ( Januvia 50mg and emeryl 1mg) Someone suggest me to gave him Omega 3 . I am very greatful to you , if you suggest me what can I do for him ? Thank you. Purnima.

Your husband is a Type II diabetic and his blood sugars were high.
Now he is on OHA's.
He complains of itching.
Hyperglycemia may cause itching.
It may be due to drugs.
Diabetics are prove for superficial fungal infection. So see for any Tinea versicolor infection.
Do a Liver function test for any abnormalities.
