Body Sore, Hurts On Touching. Welts Break Out Everyday, Gets Bigger On Scratching. Bloated Feeling, Chest Pain. Cause?

I have been having deep soreness through out my whole body it hurts to the touch. when I talk I can feel this sorness deep within my body it seems to go away for a while then come back. every day I break out with these welts, it looks like mosquito bites but as I scratch them they get bigger and itch more, now it spread from head to my legs, but this has been going on for a few years. but recently I have been feeling nauseated and when im sitting or standing I get dizzy or feel faint and this has been going on for a few years now. I also don't do number two that often, I am always bloated and have gas and chest pains and I don't go to the bathroom for almost a week. I have a lot of things wrong with me and tried to get help but no one can help me I feel alone and hurt, please help and tell me the causes I am having.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the utricarea, due to some allergy to some items, like foods, clothes, cosmetics, soap, etc.
You only can find out the thing you are allergic by omitting one by one, and observing when you don't get the reaction.
I usually prescribe to my patients with such symptoms leocitrizine, montelecast, Ofloxacin, and bisacodyl at night.
