Body Starts Shaking After Push Ups And Squats. What Is The Cause And Solution?

Hi I got a question. Why am I always shaky and I m not even nervous? Like when I do push ups I start shaking or when I m doing squats my legs start shaking....etc. why is that? And what can I do to make stop? It s been happening since I was like 14....

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Shaking of body after performing strenuous exercises is normal.
The shakiness is due to instability.
However, this is seen in beginners.
Once the body muscles become used to the exercises the shakiness reduces.
However, there is nothing to worry if your body is shaking and shivering after exercising only.
