Boil On The Shaft Of Penis. Hurts To Touch. Could It Be Lymphocele Blocked During Masturbation?

I've got a boil like lump on the shaft of my penis. It appeared out of nowhere overnight. It hurts to touch, is less than half a cm in diameter, is mostly red with a small yellow spot on it and is shiny. I read somewhere that lymphocele can get blocked during masturbation and am wondering if that's it but I have no idea what that looks like.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

It can be an infected sebaceous cyst that you have on the shaft of your penis. Usually a course of antibiotics after confirmation with your doctor will treat this condition. Do not try to pick it with your nail or it can become worse and treatment may get delayed.

Hope this helps
