Bone Scan Report Of A Metastatic Prostate Cancer Patient Shows Small Focus Each In The Humeri, Near Mid Thoracic Spine, Left Side Of C7. Conclusions?

in a bone scan report on a 68 yr old male with metastatic prostate cancer the following items were reported
"images demonstrate moderate uptake in RT AC joint
" there is a small focus of mildly increased tracer activity in the greater tuberosity of the humeri"
"there is a small focus of moderately intense abnormal uptake on th RT side of the midthoracic spine"
"there is a small focus of mildly increased tracer activity on the LEFT side of C-7"
"there is a small focus of mildly increased tracer activity in the RT intertrochanteric region (posteriorly)"
what conclusions would be drawn?

Dear ,
you are yourself stating that you have prostate cancer and there is spread to multiple bones. I hope you are already on some treatment. if not you need to do your PSA and start hormonal management in consultation with your doctor.
