Bounced Head, Hit On The Back Of Head, Had Leg Tremors, Dull Headache, Stiffness In Neck. Will Tylenol Help?

Fell in hockey tonight and bounced my head on the ice. From other people I was told that the back of my head hit the ice before my shoulders. I remember hitting the ice, and just felt off in the head. Sat on bench for a while till head didn t feel off any more. Went back to skate some more and my legs felt a little shaky. But could still skate and stop. Now have dull headache in back of head and feel a little stiff in the neck . Can I take Tylenol , and or is this something I need to worry about

Hi, thank you for asking Healthcare Magic.
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns.
The pain you feel now is probably resulting from some inflammatory processes within the muscles you hit after falling. If that is the only thing you have, then you do not need to worry so much but, however, if you start having certain symptoms like dizziness and headaches, then you would need to see a doctor for proper assessment. Tylenol will be of help.
I hope I have answered your query
I wish you good health
