Bradycardia

My resting heart rate is usually 55-65. It says on the internet that this could be a sign of Bradycardia. I am not overly concerned about this, I just wondered if a low resting heart rate could indicate fitness as well as a heart problem? I excercise for about 1-2 hours every day, and complete a 14 mile run once a week currently. (with shorter runs and bike rides in between) My BMI is 24.5 and falling.
