Breast Hair Follicle Scar

I am a 32 year old female.  Roughly 15 years ago I had a rash on my right breast that was very red and itchy.  Ever since then I have had a red scar that appears to be the hair follicles.  The scar has somewhat faded to a brownish red color.  There is no pitting and no longer itch's.  The reddish hair follicles appear to only be where my bra is.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you!

Thanks for query,
As it is on the breast,it does not good cosmetically too.
You can go for plastic surgery and get scar removed.
If scar is small you can go chrio surgery.
Consult plastic surgeon and seek advice.
