Breast Lump, Can This Be Cancer ?

just had a breast exam, and a mamogram. Three weeks later I find a pebble like thing in my left breast. Would this have showed on the mamogram, or should I get rechecked. Can this be cancer ?

Gastroenterologist, Surgical 's  Response
more likely to be fibroadenoma of breast, very often seen in female and disappear after a while
but you should know how to self examine breast.
and for that i guess you can take help of our counsellors too
or you can have some good videos here on line to teach you
but if that ball like persist, get an FNAC
FINE NEEDLE ASPIRATION CYTOLOGY
or nipple discharge cytology
