Breastfeeding. Need To Push Through Pain To Pee. What Could This Be?

I have the urge to pee quite often, and when i use the restroom it hurts like I feel the needto push through the pain, ( I have had three kids all naturally and it feels something like that need to push) I have also been spotting, ,pay baby is 8 months old and I'm breastfeeding so my menstral cycle has yet to return. What could this be?

Your symptoms are frequency of urination and burning micturition are due to most probably a result of urinary tract infection.

Take adequate water orally.

Give urine sample for complete urine examination and for culture after consulting your doctor.
