Breasts, Uterus Start Tingling And Painful A Week Before Periods. Reason For This Feeling? Recommendations?

my breast started tingling and were painful a week before my period, i got my my periods on the 12th may and it ended on the 13th which is not normal to me cause ussually its three days,it was just slight periods, my breast continued with the tingling but with no pains and now i am also feeling the tingling in my uterus, i realy dont understand please help

As you didnt mention that since how long youare suffering from this problem.
or it is first time than what is your age , are you sexually active or not.
If it is occuring every time before menses it is called as premenstrual tension.
it needs 3-4 month regular treatment of hormonal therapy.
but first it is to be decided that what is the problem.
