Hello,

This problem of difficulty of breathing started only of the regress exercise.
So it may be due to muscular spasm of the chest and respiratory muscles.
In this situation you may need rest and stop exercising for a week.
If the symptoms still persists then you need to consult your doctor.
he may advise you an X ray and ECG to rule out any pulmonary or cardiac causes.
