Breathing Trouble, Clogged Ears, Headaches, Body Pain, Thick Mucus Gagging Up. Home Remedies?

Hi I am having trouble breathing my ears are clogged,throat,nose I constantly gag up thick mucus just breathe but still feels like somethings stuck my throat I get bad headaches sore body pain bad he art pains like I have to freeze up till goes away or literally feels like I'm getting stabbed in my heart. Are the re anu home remedies I cab try work?
I have no money obviously y I asked home remedies and if your a real doctor use your pain I'm a person in pain need help but be now thanks for nothing

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Clogged ears, cough. mucus ( expectoration) , feeling something stuck in throat ,breathlessness all these symptoms may be due to,
1 Allergic asthmatic bronchitis as in this there develops , whistling ( wheezing) sound during breathing, post nasal discharge (due to this patient feels that there is sticky material behind roof of mouth or in throat) , breathlessness (more due to exertion.Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a physician.
2 Since mucus present so this may be due to Bronchiectasis , usually copious sputum present as far as known to me coffee (hot) will provide some relief but this is not a treatment .Diagnosis can be confirmed by X ray chest and physical examination by a physician.
Since you got infection and in my opinion only home remedy provide relief not treatment .
