Bright Pink And Swollen Face, Skin Peeling, Swollen Ears, Fluid Discharge. Medical Attention Required?

Hi there, my husband ended up with a bright pink and swollen face the other morning. This has since gone down with skin peeling all over. I accept that that is just some weird bacterial infection but his ears have swollen and fluid is leaking from behind his ears. He is now aching all over, very itchy, flaking and leaking. Is this just the healing process or do we need to insist on seeing the doctor? Thanks

according to your desription your husband having the leaking from behind his ears and bright pink and swollen face require the consultation with ENT specialist to rule out the post aural fistula ( complication of the CSOM).
