Bronchitis For 2 Weeks. Been On Antibiotic For A Little

Bronchitis for 2 weeks. Been on antibiotic for a little over a week (amoxicillin 875mg) plus symbicort and xopenex inhaler. I have not been able to cough phlegm till 2 days ago which has been clear with brown fragments mixed. Also pinkish color here and there. Is this ok? Chest is sore and left side near armpit and left breast is sore when I take deep breath. Is this pulled muscle from coughing so much and violently? I have no fever.
