Brow Speck With Clear Fluid On Inner Part Of Lower Eyelid, Gritty Eyes. Any Ideas?

on the inner part of my lower eyelid there is a brow speck with a clear fluid around it it doesn't come off even when swiped with a q-tip. noticed it this morning when I kept noticing my eye felit like sand paper and gritty as the day has went on its still there and more bothersome. I am a 32 year old female thin active and healthy.

Hi, it appears to be a small grouth on the eye lid, it usually need a minor , O.P procedure for cure, so advis eyou to consult an ophthalmolagist for diagnosis and treatment. if you use anti biotics, you can post pone the procedure, or leave it if it is not bothering. Thank you.
