Brown , Color Changing Bumps On Scrotum, Feeling Of Pull Of Hair From Sack. Any Suggestions?
i work for a local utility board as a meter reader i do alot of walkin an getting in an out of a truck all day and the other day my scotum started to feel like it was getting rubbed raw and at the end of my shift i checked my srotum an i had about 10 brown bumps on the left side an 3 or 4 on the right they keep changing in color to a pimple puse to brown it feels like my hair is bein pulled out of my sack sometimes an i have no idea hat it could be please help
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have multiple sebaceous cysts over scrotum.
Scrotum skin is rich in sebaceous glands hence more prone to get sebaceous cysts which occur due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.
Normally no treatment is required as these fade away without any treatment. However they need to get excised if increase in size or get infected. Please consult qualified General surgeon or Urologist for clinical evaluation and further treatment. Observe proper personal hygiene by cleaning your genitals with warm water twice daily. Dr.Patil.
