Brown Discharge, Abdomen Feels Hard, Cramps. Had Unprotected Sex. Taken Birth Control Pill. What Is It?

Okay, I had unprotected sex on August 8 I was supposed to be ovulating that day but it was supposed to be my last day. Well That day I was to take my birth control pill at 10:30 but accidently took it at 10:47 and I didn't chew it (I take Genress Fe) my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex about 20 minutes after taking my pill he didn't cum inside me and we stopped maybe 3 minutes in and put on a condom well i started bleeding and we stopped but it was more of a brownish discharge. I was really scared because I noticed that my lower abdomen had begun to get a bit hard and kinda big so I took Plan B four days after which I was told would still have an effect on me, but now I have sort of cramps and a whitish discharge. What could all this be ?

If you took birth control pill regularly, then 10-15 min late taking does not reduce efficacy of the pill. It prevents unwanted pregnancy more than 99%. Here, chance of pregnancy is very much less. So, don't be worried.

Bleeding after sex occurs due to blunt trauma or uterine polyp. Old endometrial tissue or pelvic infection may lead to brown discharge in association with vaginal bleeding. Just maintain your genital hygiene properly.

White discharge and cramp prior to commencement of period is quite physiological. It occurs due to progesterone hormone and PMS is mostly associated with that.

Here, you would wait for coming period and do one home pregnancy test immediately after missed period. One blood test for beta-hCG is required to confirm the same. Kindly, consult with gynecologist after doing the tests.
