Brown Discharge After Cramping, Swollen Breasts, Gas Formation. Tube Tied Long Back. What Is Wrong ?

I had my tubes tied 3 years ago but last week I had cramped at night for 3 days then I started with a brown discharge and its been only when I wipe for the past week and my breast feel swollen and I'm moody and been having lot of gas and I seem to want to get more I was trying to diet but I stop till I found out what is wrong. .. Could this be something bad?

Hi, you got operated tubectomy, now it has started paining, but you didn't mention the place of the pain, if it is below umblicus it is the pain of the uterus.
Gitting more appitite means it could be due to gastric irritation.
Brown discharge indicates may be due to infection, or anemia. So i advise you to consult a gynacologist for diagnosis and treatment.
