Brown Patch On Lower Back, Thick Skin, Less Sensitivity In Area, Mild Eczema. Causes?

Hello, I have recently found a patch of brownish looking skin on my lower back. The skin seems to have gotten thicker and the area is less sensitive than other parts of my back around the spot. I am 19 years old, 138lbs, and have no known disease/sickness (although I may have a mild form of eczema . Please, can you tell me what might be the cause of the patch?
