Hello,

It may be due to presence of blood in the sperm.
This is evident clinically by enlargement of the prostate.
It is advisable to rule out cancer because it is the most common cause of blood in sperms.
Consult your doctor and request for PSA blood test and prostate biopsy to rule out prostate cancer.
