Brown Spots On Panties, Used Postinor. Any Advice?

Hi!I used postinor2 twice consecutively last month just to be on a safe side then after 5days I started seeing some brown spots on my panties..thing is,I'm yet to see my period now,though I'm supposed to see it today cz I've been feeling my period wants to come but something is delaying it. And since I can feel it I don't think I'm pregnant..I just wanna know if its the postinor2

postinor2 which is taken for prevention of pregnancy may cause slight withdrawl bleeding sometimes in addition to other side effects
