Bruised Bridge Of Nose After Punch In Face, Have Dizzy Spells, Neck Pain That Radiates Down Back And Arms. Solution ?

I was punched in face @ 1 week ago. Most of impact on bridge of nose & slightly to right orbital area. Swelling is down, bruising getting worse. I am experienceing dizzy spells frequently thru day, facial & nose pain slightly better, but my main concern relates to my neck pain on right side that radiates down back and right arm to hands & fingers. Fingers are numb at times too.

I have cervical degenerative disk disease from C1-C5, and have lost the normal cervical curvature - it is straight & slightly bending in the opposite direction.

I live w chronic pain, but these symptoms are not my usual sensations. Increase in neck, arm, hand pain & stiffness, dizzy spells, and a headache in different area accompanied by slightly blurred vision.

There is a small amt white/yellow discharge from R eye.

Could I have concussion? Or new damage to cervical area? Or nose / facial fx? (My nose just "crunched" when I scratched it by accident.

Or am I being a worry-wart RN who needs to calm down & deal w it?

You must have taken consultation in ENT by now.
It is very important that you get examined by doctor as --- there is blurred vision.Examination would help to find out any collection of blood.
And you also need to get done CT scan of Face and head with 3 D reconstruction to visualize any facial bone fracture , which can be treated.
The dizzy spells , headache needs to be looked for .
and if the dizziness i s more than a labrynthine sedative like beta histine or cinnarizine needs to be given.
