Bruised Nose Followed By Headaches, Sore And Dry Eyes. Reasons ?

Hi, last week I walked face first into an electronic glass door that hadnt opened as fast as i thought! I brused my nose and that hurt for about 3 days. But its been a week now and im having bad headaches and when I watch tv or look at my phone my eyes feel sore and dry. And almost like the sockets are bruised and swollen. I m just wondering if I need to see a gp or give it more time

the fluid in sinus can cause pressure leading to these
need to investigate for sinuses and treat
it is causing headache and eye problems
