Bruises From Hip To Leg On Right Side. Healthy Lifestyle With Running On Treadmill. Ideas?

I recently noticed that I have 5 bruisings that start at my hip and end at my leg. There are only on my right side. And I m just wondering if I should be worried or an explanation to how these marks accrued. I excersise frequently, this excersise consist of running on a treadmill. I also started juicing. Idk if that helps to find a solution to my question.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.

you might be having a low platelet count and hence you are developing these bruises.

Get your platelet levels checked.

Usually it takes around 2 weeks for the bruise to heal,

you can use oint thrombophobe to get a faster relief.

A photograph would have helped me better.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.

you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
