Bruse Between Appendix And Hip Bone. Turned Dark Next Day. Hurt On Laugh Or Cough. Will Vain Explode?

I woke up 3 days ago with a slight bruse on my right side in between my appendix an hip bone I had no idea where it came from the next day it was the darkest bruse ever an with a lump I relized it look like it was on a vain it hurts a little when I laugh run or cough ...... Sill kinda hurts the theoump is still there did the vain explode ???

hello
suddenly a lump appearing with no vomiting or associate abdominal pain in unlikely to be intra abdominal
there must be some trauma to anterior abdominal wall . if the size is reducing and pain is getting better with no fever or vomiting then you should wait or else get an abdominal ultrasound done
