Build Up Fluid In Scrotum, Isolated The Testicle, Swells, Painful. Cause And Cure?

I have a build up of fluid in my scrotum I have isolate the testicle and push the fluid back threw a hole like tissue in my pelvis when it swells it can be painful or awkward to walk I have always had more fluid in my right testicle since I was little the I think sperm canal feels hard but my testies are soft if I masterbate sometimes the right testie can get twisted and a little pain any advise?

hello,
your condition suggest that there is connection between your abdominal cavity and scrotum and it should be surgically repaired, and as you say that while masturbation your right testis get twisted causing pain , so it is advised to visit some surgeon and get your right testis fixed at the base of your scrotum to avoid torsion of testis and its complication
